Rain Sign PR is a music PR agency based in Brazil. For purposes of LGPD and GDPR, Rain Sign PR acts as the data controller for personal data collected through our website and Services.

• Identity data: name, artist/DJ alias, label or company name.
• Contact data: email address, phone/WhatsApp number, social media handles (Instagram, SoundCloud, etc.).
• Professional data: genres, residencies, mix links, release information, profile/report category (for DJs).
• Submission data: tracks, artwork, credits, and metadata submitted for promotion.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications data: messages and information you provide when contacting us.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (e.g., health, religion, political opinions) and do not direct our Services to individuals under 18.

We process personal data based on:

• Performance of a contract — to deliver the promotion service you requested, or to evaluate your Promo Pool application;
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our Services, and to maintain our curated DJ database;
• Consent — for marketing communications, where required;
• Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

Under LGPD, these correspond to Art. 7, II (execução de contrato), Art. 7, IX (legítimo interesse), Art. 7, I (consentimento), and Art. 7, II (obrigação legal).

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run our Services, and only as far as necessary:

• A promo distribution platform (based in the United Kingdom), to deliver your submitted music to our DJ network, or to deliver Promo Pool tracks to you as a DJ.
• An email marketing provider (based in the European Union), to send campaign and marketing communications.
• A cloud database and backend provider, to store and process form submissions.
• Public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your data, and access it (LGPD Art. 18, I-II; GDPR Art. 15);
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data (LGPD Art. 18, III; GDPR Art. 16);
• Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data (LGPD Art. 18, IV; GDPR Art. 17);
• Request data portability (LGPD Art. 18, V; GDPR Art. 20);
• Obtain information about third parties with whom we share your data (LGPD Art. 18, VII);
• Withdraw consent at any time (LGPD Art. 18, IX; GDPR Art. 7(3));
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 21);
• If you are a California resident, request to know, delete, or correct your data, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share data for cross-context advertising).
