Rain Sign PR is an independent electronic music PR agency, opening late 2026. We screen every track before it reaches you, so what lands in your inbox is early enough to matter and filtered enough to be worth opening. Free to join, and deliberately hard to get into.

Why this pool exists
The gap between the blast and the gatekeepers.
The established agencies work with labels that already chart. Their rosters read like a Beatport top 100, because that is who can afford them. On the other end, the blast services take anyone, which is why nothing that comes out of them has been heard by a human first. We work with independent and emerging artists, and we screen every one of them. That is the entire difference. You get the record before the charts do, and you get it because someone decided it was worth your time.

Who runs this
Founded by someone who still sends promos.
Rain Sign PR was founded by Karpan, a producer and DJ working in house and tech house. He has been on both sides of the promo inbox, which is where the idea came from: build the promotion he would trust with his own music.
Rain Sign PR grew out of Rain Sign Records, our own label. Worth saying plainly, because it raises a fair question: does the label jump the queue? It does not. Rain Sign Records releases go through the same A&R screening as everyone else's, and never take priority in scheduling or placement. The DJs in this pool would be the first to notice if that changed.
